Consultation

Consultation will be performed at the beginning of your appointment. We will use this time to explain all your options in detail, assess your skin type and discuss the desired look.

Once we have decided on what style we will be performing, we will measure and sketch out the desired look. I will not begin any tattooing until you approve.

Please do not hesitate to inform us of something you would like to change. The sketch can be very tedious but is very important to take our time on this step since it will be permanent.

Deposit & Cancellations

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for booking. Deposit will be applied towards your total on the day of service. To cancel or re-schedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

• If you do not cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about scheduling your appointment.

  
  

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled, & deposit forfeited. Being late will delay the rest of the day's schedule and is unfair to other clients. Please be courteous to everyone's time. 

  
  

• If you are sick, please contact us to re-schedule. If you do come in sick your appointment will be cancelled and deposit will be forfeited. 

  
  

**For any clients with previous brow tattoos, please send a clear photo of your bare brows, in different angles and outside lighting to our email for approval. Browglambysam1@gmail.com. We would love to fix and correct all previous work, however, that may not always be possible. If any clients come in with previous work without letting us know prior, the appointment may need to be cancelled and deposit will be forfeited.

General Rules

No guests, or kids allowed at your appointment to prevent cross contamination of the procedure area, unless you need help to communicate.

Healed results will vary with each client. No guarantee will be made, and additional sessions may be required to achieve optimal results. (Additional charges will be applied).

• Please read through our pre-care & after-care information before booking so that you are prepared for the best optimal results. Everyone heals differently, however, proper pre and after care is very crucial.

Appointments/Touch-up Sessions

Keep in mind that getting your eyebrows tattooed requires 2 appointments for them to be considered complete. After your first appointment, we recommend coming back 6-8 weeks for a touch up. Please do not book before 6 weeks as we need proper healing time. If you book after the 8-week mark, additional fees will apply.

You must be prepared for the healing phase, which can be anywhere from 7-14 days. Plan any major events accordingly.

(Touch-up's are only for existing clients who have booked their initial appointment with us).

Tipping

Tipping is customary for good service. These can be given in cash or charged to a credit card. All tips are much appreciated but NOT required.

Contraindications

We may require a doctor’s release note to perform treatments on clients with certain pre-existing conditions. We do not perform treatments on women who are pregnant or nursing, or on anyone who is under the age of 18.
